Our food philosophy is based on a passion to provide simple,
sustainable, wholesome and fresh ingredients. We support local agriculture while importing key Italian products to create distinctive flavors and textures.

Our primary focus has been to provide outstanding pizza. We offer both a Neapolitan style, with Italian flours, olive oil, plum tomato sauce and fresh Mozzarella as well as a New York Style made with our own fresh sour dough yeast and fine American flour. Our guests tell us that our other dishes also shine, such as our grilled panini, oven baked subs, salads and pasta.
